- A Google User★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We recently retained this company to install new hardwood floors. Although the installation was completed on-time and within a reasonable price, the quality of work was inconsistent and in certain areas very poor. Attention to detail was lacking and required multiple requests to have them return to address the matter, which remains unaddressed today. Although it is important to support local businesses, which was our initial reasoning, the challenge remains that there is little recourse when poor quality work is done
